Similar to constructing a house, car, bridge, or rocket ship, managing a complex project requires thorough planning to ensure success. It's crucial to identify your target audience and understand their wants and needs, as well as to design their journey through your brand, product, or services. Furthermore, your business should maintain documentation that outlines your product roadmap, including clearly prioritized features and functionalities. If you find this relevant because your business lacks up-to-date experience strategy documentation, let's connect.

Before the United States went to the Moon in 1969, before the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) was built in 1998, and before Nike launched their first pair of Air Jordans in 1985, engineers, scientists, and marketers relied on research to ensure success. Your business is no different. Research empowers you to confidently develop your brand, products, and services. Whether the research helps you understand how customers connect with your brand or how users interact with your website, mobile app, or chatbot, having data from research gives you a significant advantage. If your business lacks current research to support its goals, let's talk.

The famous quote by Jeff Bezos, “A brand is what people say about you when you are not in the room,” highlights the importance of branding. If your business, like many others, has multiple voices and visual styles vying for attention from customers, you may need a brand strategy to ensure everything is harmonized. To achieve this, your business requires a collective effort toward a cohesive brand identity that supports a unified vision and can be measured using metrics and analytics. If you don’t have this in place, let’s get some coffee and talk about how you can.

The phrase "If You Build It... They Will Come" from the movie *Field of Dreams* highlights an important truth: if users come to your application and it doesn’t work, they will leave for the competition and may never return. This is why it is crucial to design User Interfaces (UI) with the end user in mind. Many companies fail to recognize that this essential step in their product launch can either propel them forward or hold them back. Without thorough research, getting this step right becomes even more challenging. If you need a strong UI to improve your User Experience (UX), let's connect.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) offers countless possibilities, but that doesn't mean everything should be done within a single application. The most successful AI projects have a clear intent and a solid understanding of what users want and need. Your business can enhance existing processes, accelerate research, and create models that adapt and learn over time.

Recently, I applied machine learning algorithms to cluster user behavior patterns and optimize user segmentation for targeted testing and personalized experiences. I've also automated data collection and synthesis for UX research using tools like Optimal Workshop, MaxQDA, and Qualtrics, which has reduced research times by 10-20%. If this sounds like something your business could benefit from, let's talk.

I have been building HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ASP.NET C# applications and games since 2003. Although I may not code on a daily basis as frequently as I used to, I can still help you plan the architecture of your project and act as a liaison with your development team. A key benefit of this service is the interconnectedness of the other services I offer, providing you with continuity at each phase of the development lifecycle.
